- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although my first initial visit in the spring of 2017 was pleasant, when I returned in May for a follow up appointment it was nothing like the first visit. Let me explain why, after the nurse sprayed a numbing agent in my nostrils, Dr. Rathfoot attempted to view with a scope, which you can imagine, it is very difficult to remain still during this procedure. HE GOT VERY ANGRY AND TOLD THE NURSE THAT WE CANNOT DO THE PROCEDURE BECAUSE THERE WAS "TOO MUCH MOVEMENT". I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT I WAS DOING ANYTHING WRONG, I WAS HUMILITAED BY THIS ASSUMPTION THAT IT WAS MY FAULT. Needless to say, I paid the 50.00 office visit for no reason because of this, and when I called back sometime in June to inquire what I need to do from here, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK !! I have never been treated so badly !! ALSO, sometime this month ( July) my pharmacy called to say that my refill was ready, this was also from Dr. Rathfoot's office, when the prescription still wasn't ready after 4 days, I called the pharmacy and they explained that they are waiting on a call back from Dr. Rathfoot, I told them nevermind, HE WON"T CALL BACK, FOR WHATEVER REASON. WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT ??? PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!July 11, 2017by Mindee Marshall
